Note: this buffer contains goat serum and therefore is not compatible with anti-goat and anti-sheep secondary antibodies. We recommend Permeabilization Buffer (catalog number 22016) and 10% Fish Gelatin Blocking Buffer (catalog number 22010) for use with anti-goat and anti-sheep secondary antibodies.
