CF®647 is a cyanine-based far-red fluorescent dye spectrally similar to Cy®5 and Alexa Fluor® 647, with excellent brightness. CF®647 has been validated in multi-color super-resolution imaging by STORM (learn more about CF® Dyes for super-resolution imaging).
CF®647Plus was designed as an improved and brighter alternative to Biotium's original CF®647 Dye. CF®647Plus is spectrally identical to CF@647 and is available with select Biotium Choice antibodies that have been optimized and validated in-house for flow cytometry.
