To minimize crossreactivity, the antibody has been adsorbed against Bovine, Chicken, Goat, Guinea Pig, Syrian Hamster, Horse, Human, Rabbit, and Sheep serum. CF633 is brighter than Alexa Fluor 647 and other sectrally similar dyes on antibodies. But most importantly, CF633 has unmatched photostability, making it the best choice for demanding applications, such as confocal and single molecular imaging.
