This protein labeling kit comprises our superior near-IR fluorescent dye CF680 in succinimidyl ester form and other necessary materials for labeling 3x1 mg antibody. CF680 is brighter than other spectrally similar dyes. Most importantly, antibody conjugates prepared from CF680 have by far the best signal-to-noise ratio than antibody conjugates prepared from other spectrally similar dyes.
