  • This kit is for labeling 20-50 ug antibody with our next-generation blue fluorescent dye CF405S. CF405S has an absorption peak wavelength that nearly coincides with the 405 nm blue diode laser line. In addition, the emission peak wavelength of the dye well centers within the blue detection window of BD flow cytometers. As a result, flow cytometry analysis using CF405S dye results in much brighter signal compared to Alexa Fluor 405.

    Mix-n-Stain is a revolutionary antibody labeling technology that allows you to label antibodies with our superior CF dyes, FITC, or biotin in 30 minutes without a purification step. The labeling procedure tolerates many common buffer components and antibody stabilizers.     The optimal antibody concentration for labeling is 0.5-1 mg/mL. The kit includes an ultrafiltration microcentrifuge vial that can be used to concentrate antibody solutions prior to labeling.
