CF® Dyes with an azide group. Can be used to label or detect alkyne, BCN or cyclooctyne-containing molecules by fluorescence spectroscopy, microscopy or flow cytometry following copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition.

CF® Dye alkynes react with azide groups via copper-catalyzed bioorthogonal cycloaddition. Can be used to fluorescently detect or label azide groups on target molecules. CF® Dye alkynes can also be used as building blocks to form fluorescent polymers.

CF® dyes with an aminooxy reactive group are useful for fluorescently labeling aldehyde or ketone groups on target molecules such as polysaccharides, glycoproteins or antibodies.

Labeled with our superior CF® dyes, dUTP conjugates can be used for TUNEL assay or to synthesize labeled DNA probes for in situ hybridization and nucleic acid blotting applications.
