Cytosolic Tracers

Biotium offers an array of fluorescent cytosolic tracers for various cell types and applications:

ViaFluor® SE Cell Proliferation Dyes are non-toxic and can be used to stain cells for long-term, fixable cell tracing for flow or microscopy. CFDA and Calcein AM are membrane-permeant esterase substrates with green fluorescence. CF® Dye-labeled molecules such as Dextran and BSA can be used to observe endocytosis. Polar tracers used to trace neurons and cell junctions include CF® Dye-labeled Biocytin, Hydrazide,  and Fluoro-Gold™.
