For DNA dye-based qPCR, the Forget-Me-Not™ EvaGreen® master mixes are an excellent choice, and are offered in two formats: basic, and with two-color tracking to reduce pipetting errors. For probe-based qPCR, the Forget-Me-Not™ Universal Probe master mix is ideal for all probe types, such as TaqMan® or Molecular Beacons.
