Product Description
L-NMMA (NG-Methyl-L-arginine, acetate salt) competitively inhibits nitric oxide synthase in a wide range of cells to study the role of nitric oxide in biochemical and physiological functions.
- Inhibition of the nitric oxide synthase isoforms in a wide range of cells
- White solid soluble in water
If a variety of NOS inhibitors are needed, we offer a NOS Inhibitor Kit which contains four four NOS inhibitors: 7-NI (00240) (50 mg), L-NMMA (00241) (25 mg), L-NIL (00242) (5 mg) and L-NIO (00243) (5 mg). We also have a selection of dyes and probes for detecting nitric oxide or reactive oxygen in cells.
