IT Support

• Provide first-level support for computers, printers, software, and other workplace technology.
• Set up workstations and equipment for new employees.
• Troubleshoot routine hardware, software, printing, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain IT equipment and inventory records.
• Coordinate with external IT providers for issues requiring advanced technical support.

Facilities Support

• Coordinate routine building maintenance, repairs, and service requests.
• Communicate with vendors for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, janitorial, security, fire/life-safety, and other facility services.
• Schedule and track preventive maintenance and required inspections.
• Obtain quotes and coordinate vendor access and service appointments.
• Maintain facility service, inspection, and maintenance records.
• Report facility, safety, or compliance concerns to management.

Administrative & Operational Support

• Maintain vendor contacts, service agreements, warranties, and related documentation.
• Track open IT and facility requests through completion.
• Assist with equipment purchases and infrastructure projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One (1) to three (3) years of experience in IT support, facilities, office administration, or a related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Windows computers, Microsoft Office, printers, and workplace technology.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees and external vendors.
• Ability to work independently and recognize when an issue requires escalation.
• Ability to learn new systems, equipment, and processes quickly.

• Under general guidelines, independently plan, organize, and perform the synthesis of new and existing products to meet product specifications. Plans production schedule for on-time delivery of products
• Write, review and revise, as necessary, manufacturing and QC protocols for clarity, process improvement and/or material changes as prescribed by procedures and policies
• Independently adapt or modify methods to achieve technical objectives
• Address and report problems in daily production and propose effective countermeasures
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency results
• Use highly specialized equipment and instrumentation in daily functions
• Critically analyze data and interpret experimental results
• Write protocols and lab notebooks documenting processes and improvements consistent with ISO 9001 standards
• Work as an active team member assisting the implementation of new processes within the production group

• Demonstrated competence in reaction design, process improvement, and product purification
• Depth of synthetic experience from milligram to kilogram scale

• Careful, precise and accurate laboratory techniques
• Proficiency in the analysis and interpretation of technical and laboratory data
• Ability to effectively organize tasks, data and documentation

• Perform purifications of chemical compounds by preparative HPLC or gravity chromatography
• Perform production of chemical compounds by following ISO protocols
• Perform analytical HPLC on compounds
• Must possess sufficient chemistry knowledge and HPLC experiences to develop HPLC conditions for both analytical and preparative purposes using chemical structure information provided
• Perform LC-MS on chemical compounds and interpret the results
• Perform UV/Vis and/or fluorescence spectrophotometry on dyes
• Responsible for the maintenance and minor repair of the above instruments
• Write protocols for laboratory procedures and accurately and clearly document results and observations in lab notebooks
• Work as an active team member assisting the implementation of new processes within the chemistry group and the company
• Maintain high level of professional expertise through familiarity with current scientific literature with respect to compounds, reactions, and processes
