Product Description

The Mix-n-Stain™ Maxi HRP Antibody Labeling Kit allows you to label 1 mg of IgG with horseradish peroxidase (HRP) in about 3 hours with minimal hands-on time. At the end of the reaction, the conjugate is ready for staining without further purification. Note: The labeling protocol and buffer requirements for Mix-n-Stain™ Maxi Kits differ from our original micro-scale Mix-n-Stain™ kits, see the Reaction Compatibility Chart below.

Features

  • Rapid, simple, covalent conjugation of antibody to HRP
  • Reaction takes about 3 hours, with minimal hands-on time
  • No purification required after labeling
  • One labeling reaction of 1 mg IgG per kit

Kit Components

  • HRP Reaction Buffer
  • Modified HRP
  • HRP Reaction Enhancer

Choose the right kit for your application

This kit is not designed to be used for multiple labeling reactions. For smaller-scale conjugation, see our original Mix-n-Stain™ HRP Antibody Labeling Kits.

Mix-n-Stain™ kits can be used to label other proteins, however, the ratio of HRP to protein may not be optimal for non-IgG proteins. Mix-n-Stain™ Kits are not recommended for labeling IgM isotype antibodies, because the labeling conditions may cause IgM to denature.

We offer a variety of kits for labeling antibodies and other proteins:
