CellBrite® dyes are not compatible with glycerol-based mounting media as this results in altered staining and high background. Organic mounding media are also not suitable. We recommend imaging in directly in PBS (or other aqueous buffer). Coverslips should be mounted using PBS and sealed with a suitable coverslip sealant such as CoverGrip™ or nail polish. Stained samples can be stored in PBS at 4°C for several weeks or longer.View more FAQs
