Cyanine 555-dUTP and Cyanine 647-dUTP can be used to synthesize labeled DNA probes for in-situ hybridization, microarray or blotting techniques.
Red fluorescenct Cyanine 555 (Ex/Em 555/565 nm) is structurally identical to Cy®3. Far-red fluorescent Cyanine 647 (Ex/Em 650/665 nm) is structurally identical to Cy®5.
