Product Description

5-Aminoallyl-UTP (5-(3-Aminoallyl)uridine-5′-triphosphate, trisodium salt; AA-UTP) can be enzymatically incorporated into RNA. The resulting amine-containing RNA can be subsequently labeled with a fluorescent dye, biotin, or other hapten via conventional peptide coupling methods. Biotium also offers AA-UTP in lyophilized form (catalog no. 40021-1).
