Product Description

This is a goat anti-mouse IgG3 isotype-specific secondary antibody labeled with near-infrared (near-IR) fluorescent dye CF®750. The conjugate is prepared from affinity-purified antibody that reacts with the Fc portion of the heavy chain of mouse IgG3. To minimize cross reactivity, the antibody is cross-adsorbed against other mouse IgG subclasses (IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG2c), and human, bovine and rabbit serum proteins.

  • Cross-adsorbed for specific staining with minimal background
  • Available with near-IR CF®750
  • Suitable for western, immunofluorescence, and immunohistology

Advantages of CF®750

  • Exceptionally bright and stable
  • Highly water soluble
  • Superior signal-to-noise
  • Ideal for near-IR Western/In Cell Western®, flow cytometry, and microscopy
  • Validated in super-resolution STORM and photoacoustic imaging
  • Replaces Alexa Fluor® 750, Cy®7, and DyLight® 750
