CF®597R is a deep-red, green-excitable fluorescent dye designed for super-resolution STORM imaging. Developed to fill the gap in dyes beyond red excitation, CF®597R offers excellent solubility and photoswitching properties. Along with CF®583R, it was validated for multicolor STORM in collaboration with UC Berkeley’s Ke Xu, PhD (read the full press release).

For multicolor STORM, we recommend pairing CF®597R with CF®647, CF®660C, CF®680, or CF®750.
